Peak and Balance Centers welcomes Nicole Steinberg to the Physical Therapist staff. Nicole, recently moved from NYC, brings depth and experience to our team. In New York, she operated her own practice specializing in the treatment of balance and vestibular disorders.Bigger and Better! A NEW Peak location!
We have moved our full service center to 850 South Wabash Avenue (Suite 200) in Downtown Chicago. Conveniently located near bus and train lines, this new center offers comprehensive physical therapy services of testing and treatment for balance and vestibular disorders, sports injuries, pain management, arthritis programs and orthopedic for pre- and post-op conditions.
Mercy hospital patients will continue to be evaluated at Mercy hospital. We have moved testing equipment from the first floor to the fifth floor. Following this initial evaluation, patients will go to the South Wabash location for physical therapy treatment.
